Like our program, our trainers are committed to improving your lifestyle with a comprehensive system of benefits that extend past just getting fit right now. Even more, our philosophy maintains that physical and psychological benefits go hand in hand, especially for those committed to long-term training and healthy eating habits. Our results have proven that dramatic decreases in body fat, while substantially increasing a lean body mass results in improved cardiovascular efficiency, increased metabolism, tissue tensile strength, and bone density.
Our trainers come to you fully equipped for each of your workout appointment. We do not use any heavy equipment during the sessions. Our program focuses on functional training that utilizes your body weight. We use strength bands throughout the session, while applying techniques designed by master level strength and conditioning specialists. This drastically reduces the risk of injury. Research has shown that functional training is the most effective way to prevent injury while getting the best results.
Motivation is the major driving force for our fitness program’s success, and at XFIT15, our personal trainers are committed to keeping you motivated. They go above and beyond while working with you to help you achieve your fitness goals, and tailor training sessions to suit your individual needs.

Interestingly enough muscle tissue activity increases when an individual partakes in high intensity exercises. In order to obtain the desired results, one must focus on the muscles that can impact the production of human growth hormones (HGH). This is crucial because increasing the amount of HGH in the body lead to health, strength and longevity. There are three types of muscles found in the human body, slow twitch, fast twitch, and super-fast twitch. However, through high intensity exercises, the super-fast twitch muscle is activated, which directly affect many of the genes involved in fat metabolism. Thus, the super fast-twitch muscles are the only one capable of bettering the body in such a way. These super fast-twitch muscles are 10 times faster than the slow twitch, therefore, activating them is important for producing HGH.
