How does the program work?

Our trainers come to you fully equipped for each of your workout appointment. We do not use any heavy equipment during the sessions. Our program focuses on functional training that utilizes your body weight. We use strength bands throughout the session, while applying techniques designed by master level strength and conditioning specialists. This drastically reduces the risk of injury. Research has shown that functional training is the most effective way to prevent injury while getting the best results.
